Prices of old one-dwelling houses decreased by 2.0 per cent year-on-year in October to December 2025
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, prices of old one-dwelling houses decreased in the whole country by 2.0 per cent year-on-year and by 1.5 per cent from the previous quarter in October to December 2025. 7.5 per cent more transactions of old one-dwelling houses were made than in the corresponding period one year earlier.
