IVF Treatments

The IVF Treatments statistics contain information on in vitro fertilisations (IVF) from 1992 onwards and on inseminations from 2006 onwards. The data include the number of treatments performed, background of treated women/couples and treatment outcomes (pregnancies, deliveries and births). National Institute for Health and Welfare has gathered data for the statistics since 1994. In addition, IVF data were collected by the Helsinki University Central Hospital in 1992 and 1993. The data are obtained from all clinics giving IVF treatments.
