The Quality of Work Life Survey is a broad-based personal interview survey conducted since 1977 to monitor working conditions and their changes from the viewpoint of wage and salary earners. Working conditions as a concept include physical, mental and social work environment factors. In addition, the survey contains information on reconciliation of work and family life, employees' intentions to retire and work history.
